Lia Abrams (she/her)

Lia Abrams (she/her) is a faith-rooted advocate, communications leader, and emerging theologian based in New Jersey. She believes the Gospel calls us not only to faith, but to justice, and that the Church is strongest when it welcomes everyone.

With a background in communications and organizational leadership, Lia brings both strategy and heart to her work. She believes the Church’s role is not just to speak about grace, but to live it out in courageous and tangible ways.

Lia will begin a Master of Divinity program in Fall 2026 to deepen her work around liberation, belonging, and healing the harm that exclusion has caused within many Christian communities. She cares deeply about LGBTQ+ affirmation, honest conversations within the Church, and helping faith communities grow into places of real integrity and accountability.
