Biography
We accepted an openly gay man as a church member in the 70s. Our pastor did a funeral for a lesbian woman that none of the other local churches would do in the 90’s. We just completed a 6-session Sunday School series examining sexuality, gender and the church more deeply so that we can speak into the silence instead of being complicit.
