First Presbyterian Church of San Rafael has an extensive history of LGBTQIA inclusion in the church and in the world, including ordination and marriage. At FPCSR there is a spirit of hospitality and a place in all leadership capacities for LGBTQIA persons. FPCSR stands in solidarity with More Light Presbyterians to continue to ensure that all of God’s beloved are seen in the image of God. The cornerstone of FPCSR is built on God’s abundant love that is deliberate and reflective of a church that welcomes all of God’s children.
